Howard doesn't have my vote ... but I came to this conclusion before I saw this video.

IR laws is a good thing, if ur a competent worker that is. Sure if you bludge and bum around watching Youtube all day, ofcourse your boss would want to fire ur ass or give u less pay if your not producing the goods. IR laws give bosses more confident in hiring people as they know they will not get sued for firing a incompetent worker, this has made it much easier me people like me (as i am 18) to enter the work force as they are now more willing to hire and give me a fair go. SO Goo Johhny

That's exactly what I've been trying to say. If you work hard you won't get sacked. And all the peole who go out and protest wonder why when they go back to work they get sacked

Consequently, the employers grow wealthier. (this is just an obvious observation, i am not saying i am supporting the IR laws or against it - the the reforms have both benefits and downfalls)
