| Just saw the report he was sentence to 10 years with time served. Which means he only has 5 years more to serve. Sad but durning his interview all he kept doing was quoting movie lines. It's sad because nothing came from his heart, all from fake movie lines. Sad. |

| Justice has been served! Brancato was found not guilty of murder on December 22, 2008. The judges did the right thing. Brancato may be a lowlife junkie but he's not a murderer. I believe 4 years would be reasonable for 1st-degree attempted-burglary. So he will get out in 1 year cause he already served 3 years. |
