It's not actually about a pedophile. Caring for the children makes him forget his loneliness, and everyone suspects him of being a pedophile so he is forced back to loneliness by a society that doesn't understand him.

first time I herd this not bad for Bowie its differant. He does use my name "Frankie" ;so its sounds cool!!
