This whole thing is one big lie. For a peace loving nation North Korea spends 40% of its GNP on its armed forces, as opposed to less than 10% for South Korea. US POWs were forced to be paraded through North Korea wearing swastikas, Hitler noses and Hitler mustaches in the early stages of the Korean War. In fact, a term of contempt for caucasians in the orient is "big nose". Finally, why was it that 30,000 Chinese and North Koreans refused to come home at the Korean War's end?

Actually, there are people in Commnunist country who do belive in the Commnunists even though they did not receive any benefits from them. But we all know how good the Communists are at making prapoganda. But there also people who working for the Communists who don't believe in them but b/c they have to make a living so they got not choice. That was the case of Viet Nam - my country...

EXACTLY When they always lie, does anyone beleive them? NO! People in communist countries to not beleive a thing the goverment says, which makes them much stronger and more open-minded. In other countries, however, people beleive 100% of what government tells them, which is 50% lies.
