On a track off the Napier Taihape Road, near Napier, New Zealand. 1991 Isuzu MU, 3" suspension lift, lokka diff lock, snorkle, average tires...whole lot of fun
looks fun
muddin is fun
man that truck really climbed up thAT muddy hill good
All good. Get little or none understeer, almost never hear any noise from it. Only things that are really noticable is the selfcentering steering when under power on hard ground and the fact that it goes alot more places than a 4wd with open diffs, lol. Feel free to ask any questions.
Sorry, another question for you. Does the front lokka effect it's driveability when in 4wd, like on dirt tracks, does it under-steer at all? any noise as it engages/dis-engages?
The lokka website is detailed, but probably biased.
Hey ya, the lokka is in the front, would definitely recommend one, has made a big difference.
How is the 'lokka' diff lock? is it front or rear?
I'm looking at getting one for my 4x4
givin it some curry at the end there nice work:) looking at gettin a frontera/mu myself soon, are they fairly decent of road?
Oh, I don't have a video of my pathy yet :( She's my daily driver, and basicly stock, so I don't wish to take her on any places she could get damaged as I can't afford to fix her yet
Haha, yeah tires were crap, was pouring down with rain, pretty slippery clay hill, went better in hi box rather than low box, I did drive to the top of the hill, looked but could not find vid of your pathfinder!!
Think ya need some better tires and a crawl gear mate... something tells me my Pathfinder would do better there
