I have this phone and it's kinda meh to me. Half of the things that said were to come with it never did, the disc that came with it never did, and I wish there was some kind of outlet to put headphones in instead of walking around blaring tunes to anyone within listening distance. Bleh.

i got this phone and when i try to use the mp3 player it goes into loading and after a few minuts of loading it shuts down and starts up again... damn this phone sucks is it just me or is this common

no, this was not common when i had the phone. you should take it back to Verizon and get it checked or ask for a new one.
