Scuba divers? Clues: 1: underwater camera 2: weight belt w/ standard scuba weights 3: cameraman/woman is underwater. I doubt they would breath train just to video tape (much less exciting than actually doing the trick), so most likely own a scuba set. And one question: How long can you hold your breath underwater with a weight belt without doing any activity, as even thinking about doing something as complex as that reduces total air time. I'd imagine 1:00 longer, as you did not look out of air.
