Fox canceled the series in large part because the network did not like that Marvel Studios controlled their most popular animated series. Thus, they pulled the plug on both X-Men and Spider-Man animated series despite the fact that both received good ratings.

Man I use to watch this shit religiously in the day man. Those were the days where cartoons were cartoons. "was Cable just about to punch his father in the face that would have been awesome lol. Wolverine was too funny in this series. Wolverine's idea of talking is kicking the shit of people lol.

Wolverine is pretty strong as well. did you see how he threw Sabretooth with just only one arm. Sabretooth is about 150 kilo I reckon. wolverine strength is borderline superhuman. That couples with superhuman reflexes probably the best melee fighter in the marvel universe.
