Absolutely. The APA's one night only reunion to save Hornswoggle got a huge pop! If they somehow turned JBL face, I could see it being a part time commodity simply because Simmons is semi-retired.

and because JBL's back is still giving him grief, they could be featured in more backstage skits involving them playing cards, drinking, and smoking in their office. and i think a JBL face turn is possible. if JBL somehow got into a feud with Chris Jericho, with Jericho being the heel, and Lance Cade, all they would need to fuel the fire is have JBL get beat down by Y2J and Cade, with Simmons coming out to make the save.

I'll rephrase what I said. The first two match you mentioned was entertaining because of Triple H. The other three weren't entertaining and Cena was the anonymous favorite because he was in the ring with opponents that are never going to be liked (I don't think Edge will ever be a face again). And you just knew that they were going to have Cena "overcome the odds" just like Hogan in the '80s. Vince should know better than to return to this formula.
