They crashed a helicopter into a cliff and EVERYBODY got out unharmed! Sufficed to say, realism wasn't top of A-team's to do list!

You are right. There are some episodes which aren't so realistic, also wreck of this chopper probably the most improbable. But I love this show. It very optimistical and funny. They didn't kill nobody. I don't love pure realism, in films of my country its enough. Therefore I love American "happy end"

The Novocaine was to numb the actual injection. Hannibal swiped B.A.'s neck with Novocaine, waited a moment and then pretended to swat a mosquito off him to cover for the pinch he would feel. Poor B.A. :)
