Arnold has got it right about eliminating taxes on labor, employers, manufactured goods like cars and capital. But since the only things that can be taxed are land labor and capital the only other thing that is available to tax, land value, is shielded by Prop 13. Since land value is created, maintained and and increased by all govt. provided services it is the most appropriate source of revenue to pay for those services. Not even Arnold can bust that privilege and now can't pay the new debt?!

Even thoe I knew that arnold is the governor of california it didnt realy hit me until about two days ago when he appeard on swedish tv speaking about problems with storms in california. Some american reporter said that "arnold is doing what he can". HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHHAHAH
