The tires don't seem to have much clearance. Do they hit the wheel wells?

nope, clearance is fine, they are 22x8x12 carlisle all trails.

I'm thinking if buying one of these for my growing chicken farm. Does this one have heat ac and wind sheild wipers and 4x4 ?
