King Kobras are majestic creatures. They should be in wild and not in the shows like this. These people should be given alternative source for survival...at the same time strong measures should be taken to stop these shows.

They do not need to be defanged, they are a relatively docile snake.. they are also relatively predictable as far as snakes go, and slow strikers. Someone who has been around and worked with these animals as long as they have, have a pretty decent feel for these animals.

But they can be aggressive if they feel threatened. They are docile to their owner, if their owner is being respectful to them. Obviously this faggot isn't.

Well, I am not a huge fan of this sort of show, but it can be useful in a way. The king cobra isnt doing very well as a species, they are becoming more and more rare. This sadly is one of the few ways that people get exposed and educated about the animals. So it's almost a nessacary evil that it have some entertainment value, otherwise people wont even notice them missing.
