Just because Lambo is owned by Audi you don't call it Audi Gallardo. Or Porsche is the owner of VW now. But it's still VW Golf. Not Porsche Golf. Ownership doesn't mean brand, engineering or design will change or vanish (though sometime it does, sadly). Actually a big owner provides the much-needed financial security which helps the company to follow its niche product positioning in a much better way. Case in point: Lamborghini (again). Learn little history yourself before commenting :)

volkswagen owns porsche, lambo, audi, skoda etc. its called Volkswagen AG, the backs styling looks imilar to the gallardo, but curvy, but the front is different, and lambos are usually powered by v12's, the audi r8 is powered by an RS4 direct injection v8 that throws 450hp!
