i got the venture n4000 and it uses the same case as this. Would a 9800 gt fit?

so what the diference between pentium D and pentium core 2 duo

Pentium D I heard was cheaper and not as good for overclocking.

Pentium D is only single-core

Pentium D is older, and will probably get warmer with it's stock cooling.

my computer came with liquid cooling so does is it stil warm up faster

Was that a question or a statement? Liquid cooling normally provides way better cooling than air-based cooling, so if I was you, I wouldn't worry. :)
