i own this tv for 2 1/2 years now awsome fuckin tv i can watch a movie from 1980 in hd and it looks amazing and playstaion 3 games whith 1080 are a sight to behold i whent to circit city and they had this tv in a room by itself i compared my tv to all the other plasmas in the store not even close

the contrast isent importante focus on the resolution the human eye only goes at 700:1 so its only to sell ive got an hitachi 42pd8700 with 4000:1 and a res:1024x1080p and looks better than most of the plasmas :-)

i have a hitachi 42 plasma in my bedroom class tv all black crome around it. cheap as chips 400 euro only.

sony's new oled 27' is better but it's preety pricy = $12.000 but it's got a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1 and full 1080p and its only 3mm thick. oled is the way to go. sony rules hitachi. ps3 ps3 sony forever
