Hi, I would suggest you remove the strap holder from the phone in order for the case to slide on correctly. Fitting without adding to much bulk is of very much importance to us, which does not leave much space for straps before putting on the case. You can however attach the strap afterwards, on the multidapt adapter (on the top loop)if you still want to use your strap.

Sadly that has no real effect on the fact that this was a faulty production that "passed" quality control, when it never should have. It was no way that the strap "string" was causing the slider to not go down at the point it budged. Don't come with poor excuses, admit it was a bad production. Are you supposed to need to use force to close your slider when using the Krusell cases? If so I am regretting buying my new case for the N95 8GB.
