2008 Acura TL Type-S

Im personally disappointed with Acura's designing of the cars. They can make it soo much better. BUT, quality of these things are unbeatable. Theres no other car on the market except toyota, thats as reliable and smooth comfortale as Acura, and ive driven them all. I had an old Acura Intega, that thing is soo smooth and powerful for such an old car.

HELLO, the new type s needs to use the 3.7 vtec thats in my dads 08 mdx and they need to use acuras sh awd system its awesome and they need to make a tsx type s with the rdx motor and sh awd

It will cost me $172000 in total to import this car to norway. The tax on the engie is $95580 lol.

Idiots this car is still cheaper than a G35 and BMW 3 series when you compare apples to apples. Put Nav system, bluetooth, HID lights, heated seats, surround sound, etc and you're up to 41k in the G35 and 45k for a Beamer. Meanwhile every reviewer seems to forget that and claim the Acura is overpriced.

Just bought May 23. We put the ground effects on it with the side body modeling. We got the windows tinted and added a sun roof visor. Carbon bronze with tan interior. I am in love with my new car.

Why do people think RWD will be so much better? Didnt TL-S beat g35 and 3series around the track? FWD are much easier car to drive than RWD. As much as i like to have rwd (s2000) in everyday driving FWD is easier to live with (snow, better mpg), acura is making sh-awd and people are complaining its not rwd based. Btw EVO has same layout. I think in couple of years people are gonna compain about cars not being midship rwd like formula one or drag cars. It will never end.

no snow in Los Angeles lol, RWD is the better configuration for performance driving, no matter what you say. Snow? HAHAHAHAHAHA

I agree 100% and rwd though a better platform for performance driving is something that the majority of drivers don´t need and rarely use to it´s potential, that said honda/acura still seem to make fwd cars that not only match some of their rwd rivals but better them in many aspects. all in all I don´t think honda should change anything just keep on making extremely well engineered, reliable fun cars!
