ROLLS ROYCE cars of the past? A small company that often struggled to survive building the best built cars in the world. A small work forse of dedicated well trained craftsman producing handbuilt quality and engineering excellence that was second to no one. That was the reason to buy one.
Rolls of today? A ugly pretentious looking product owned by a huge corporation that sells it under the old reliable rolls royce name. No class. Just vulgar - like the people who buy it.

By the way do you know of the couple in Independence who own a Phantom III? Its a sedan with a division window. It doesn't have the typical wheelbase of a limousine, though, so you wouldn't guess it was a limo till you got up close. They also own a Silver Cloud I. They're the owners of the Speakeasy Restaurant in downtown Independence, a 1920's-themed place. They often park the Phantom III on the street out in front.

I don't. I've heard of the Speakeasy Restaurant but haven't been there. Sounds fun. I have another video of vintage autos, Fords mostly, pre-1921, that came out to our farm last month. When I can get to it I will post that video too.

Wow, you sure spell well, for a billionaire.
