Is the man in the everyman character the one with the red hair and blue suit?

The guy in the "Everyman" character costume in the very begining looks like Kenny Raskin who played the Everyman for the 1992-1993 stay at the Mirage Hotel in Vegas.

If this is a commercial for a USA tour of Nouvelle Experience, it must have been between 1990 and 1991. Nouvelle Experience did not tour in 1992. It was a resident show at the Mirage in 1992-1993.
