How do i get to the icon where it says phone driver?

it also says that there was a problem durring installation on comupter wat do i dooo

so my problem is that it wont connect to the phone i installed the driver and i have v cast usic manager. when the phone is syncing music which it does not it says connection failure please check the connection to the pc. wat is the problem

you know, for vista, with that problem, all i had to do was set the installer to run in windows xp compatibility mode
