HEY!!!!! ITS THE CHEVY LUV!!!!!! my dad had one, one day when he shifted to 2nd and the whole damn break master clynder broke off ITS A BIG POS TRUCK!!! but i must say i aways liked the looks of them, reminded me of the Datsun 620, in the end i was a pretty good truck but i just had a shitty engine and tranny.

yeah its got a 2.3 L in it and yeah a 22r would be good in it but the pup motors good for now

what size of engine is it a 2.3 L?? you should drop a 22r in it.

OK you know the two that are between the bottom of the carb and the valve cover. I used V plugs and the truck runs good. I need to rebuild it but dont have the time and the old girl seems to run ok. I have a 82 isuzu diesel 4x4 that the cab is shot. the only thing the japs changed to make a gas pup a diesel was the bell housing on the tranny the wiring and a bigger fuel tank. I have done the swap before and took me two days.

well i havnt had to buy a new cap for the pup but i did have to replace all the v hose what a pain

I have the same truck. I had trouble with new caps having cracks in them. I got a good cap a set of wires and rotor and the old girl runs good. plug all the V lines and it should run good.
