Point taken. I hadn't thought of the benefits of this kind of research, only the bad stuff. We see so many misguided applications of technology, its easy to get over-pessimistic about new stuff. But then, scientific achievement has always been a double edged sword. You are right though, this research could help millions.

Yea totally. Developments for the weak and paraplegic is definatly over rated. Why don't they do something better with their life than commit it to developments to help further the future of mankind...
