Nice toy, but I would recommend you to use a sharper bit, or tune up your rpm / feeding settings. Those burrs don´t look very impressive. And it should take only 5 - 10 sekconds to change a part with a proper fixture. ( Just to inform others about CNC a bit. )

Same ol' cnc video other than the part. Don't need to see so much of the back cuts and it would be nice to see the finished part.

do you have to change the drill manually?

No I think it does it by itself.

that machine doesnt look like it has a atc(automatic tool changer) ment to be more budget oriented.

Cool! Do you ever take on proto jobs? I sometimes need small things I draw up in autocad to be CNC'ed out of plastic and/or aluminum.
