Buy a new ribbon/keypad/LCD its hard to find the cause but try and buy the cheapest part first, and buy the screen last if you have too, doing any self repairs voids your warranty!

The plastic thing he uses, you can replace it with an old VISA card also, one that you don't use anymore, or any that kind of card, it is the most simlpe, and the screw driver i got is from a screw driver set, which contains small scerw drivers also, and i used te 6X50 of it... So it is not so much tools needed!
