Tannu Tuva before 1940-20 used to be part of Mongolia called Uriankhai. As a result of Soviet interventions they seperated Uriankhai into the Soviet Union. Rich in minerals and beaauty it is said Stalin loved it. There are still Tuvans living in Mongolia- Province of Uuvs Northwest Mongolia. Tuvans participate usually in Mongolian wrestling competitions- Some are extremely good. They speak a Turkic language but with a Mongolian culture. A very fierce and proud people but hospitable
