Haha...cool! Kinda like the end of the first Matrix when Neo sees everything in code. Actually....that would be a pretty cool mod...

There's is no text-mode: 1. DOS as no avaible a this graphics 2. This is a monochrome, this no availbe in DOS

It's not DOS.

I thougt is was a dll replacement :D. Linux dont use dll :(

Well, in linux we have "so" instead of "dll" :P and I think it could also be implemented with library injection, but it's easier to take advantage of the accessible source code xD

I've never switch to linux but I think its cool quake release the source code so it will run on linux ! :D

wow you really rocks! pleeeeeeeeeease tell me where did you download the linux binaries? the id's ftp is always busy!

I use Gentoo Linux so I got them from its ebuild: games-fps/quake2-icculus However, in the project page (_ttp://icculus..org/quake2/) you can download the binaries and the source code. And IIRC, you must have an original Quake2 CD with the data packages.

It should be, but in my computer it crashes when I try to play

Apparently! Looks fun :P
