hi i have 1 of these it spends alot of time in its water bowl the tempreture is fine its even in it when the heat is off is that normal? what are they worth? i swaped it 4 a rainbow bower

Have you checked it for any mites, Ive heard they spend alot of time in the waterbowl if they do.

This enclosure should last him for another year or so until hes big enough to go in his larger enclosure, 4ft is the minimum size for an adult coastal. :) Just make sure he has enough hides so he feels secure. :)Mine is going to be kept in a similiar sized enclosure, as soon as he hits the 1 meter mark then he will be shifted to a 4ft.

It depends really, some coastals seem to prefer being up high, while others are happy roaming around on the ground. Id recommend one thats a bit longer than it is high though, you can always add in branches etc for him to climb on. Depends how long he is, and how long you plan keeping him in there for. Being 8 months old, hes probably around the 60-70cm mark? Personally id make it 1m long, 45cm wide, and about 50-60 high, so theres room for branches to be put in to climb on.

hey do they perfer land or hights coz im building him an enclosure at skool and dont no what messurments i should use

8 months, yea his mad, iv got a video of my all my herps on here but u cant see him very well in his click clack :)
