I agree, but sadly with that kind of punishment there would be innocent people who would be killed for a crime that didn't do. But there are people that without question are the criminal, and yet are alowed to live in prison. Like that Heltor Skeltor guy.

theres an episode of Law and Order: SVU i thik based on this( it says not based on a real event) but i think they change it enough so it doesnt count. but it was about a little girl who was locked in a basement and she found the mans cell and called and it had a different signal or wtever. it was sad but the little girl was saved.

Why the hell was he released?! They should make it so after the FIRST offense, rapists have to go to jail for an extended amount of time. There's a similar law that Elizabeth Smart is trying to get passed for abductors, who often sexually assault their victims. If they freaking kept these people locked up longer, we'd be safer!! I mean, it's amazing that he got caught, but only 3 months of time? Should be in there for at least 15 years. B/c the next time, he might actually kill.

I agree, I am afraid of this happening to anyone in my town I want all of these put away in jail for good.
