Derby can have scouts assigned to Africa and South America. That would be a great start to them acquiring better talent. Between Africa and South America if Derby can discover great young talent there before bigger clubs like Real Madrid, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester United, it would be a big plus for them There's top talent in South America's Copa Libertadores Champions League that Derby could go after. Derby can promise South American players they would start most every game
