if i were ever squarin off with a gigantic cobra i dont think i'd take aladdins approach (hand stand punch's to the head)

Yeah, the SNES was technically superior to Genesis in every way, but one of the few games that Genesis simply destroyed SNES on was this game. SNES's was good (made by Capcom), but SEGA's was awesome (Virgin--same [producers of the Lion King game).

I remember when I first played this game, it took forever to beat the genie's lamp and the damn carpet ride escape level and then once I'd done it, I could play the game through without even dying haha it was kind of lame. I still have this game, I bust it our from time to time. XD

Oh, yeah. Haha. That slow-motion was hella annoying. I wondered if it was due to the SNES's capability being maxed out or it was part of the game..

omg, i didn't realize jafar was THAT easy until now, and i died a lot on him... relax, though, i was only 5 when i FINALLY finished this game...

i've always wondered why aladdin had to do a handspring on top of the freaking chests to open them. why couldnt he just open it or simply jump on it. makes everything too difficult lol
