The Electric Company - My Name is Kathy

When Melanie was in "The Me Nobody Knows" she wore glasses. There was a skit in season 4 that Melanie wore glasses.

Melanie looked hot with those wire framed glasses.

Yeah she did!! But I notice after season 1 she stopped wearing them the same goes for Rejane/Samantha, did they actually wear them or were they just props for the show?

Anyone have the original Silent E with banjo like on the LP? If so I would appreciate someone uploading it. Banjo is not on 104A.

I had this song on an Electric Company LP from 1972. In place of Those Words Up There, the song used Those Words I Write. I loved this song.

Ummm.....wasn't "My name is Kathy" a part of a skit with a cowboy who started to describe something to us, only to be BOTHERED by "My name is KATHY" until the cowboy decided to have a showdown with it?

What a neat catchy song! I hate to get myself up out of bed too like Julie! Especially when I sit up late watching all these cool videos from back in the day. Oh the memories! Nanto, you are the bomb! This is one of the few things I remember as a kid that still seems cool today! Probably my all-time fave from The Electric Company. Where did the time go? By the way, do you think you could find and post Melanie Henderson's (Kathy's) solo number "Feelings Are Funny Things"? Anyone else remember THAT one? Kathy was awesome!
