It's from the 1986 made-for-tv movie called "Young Again." It's a hard-to-find movie since it was made for tv so I'll give you a tip on where I got mine if you ever wanted to purchase it. I got mine at Club-Keanu's website. Just email the the webmaster for information on how to order it.
