He was there for a while after he got lethal injection and died, well almost died. Blair is still with Spencer but only to get dirt on him. Todd doesn't know this and he is still furious with her for giving up on him while he was in jail. And for her being with Spencer.

I hate it when Todd and Blair argue. They belong together. Blair is the very best part of One Life to Live and she and Todd are perfect for each other. They get each other and they love each other so passionatly. They are one of the best supercouples ever in daytime. I hope they get back together soon.

If Marty were alive I doubt she would let Cole have sex with Starr. Blair is too lose of a mother to really give her daughter advice She was too busy trying to be Starr's girlfriend instead of a mother and look at what happened. She's going to be a Grandma!

I agree Yeah because why should starr listen to Blair with all the scandelous things she does so thats true too. lol Blair is the worst mother ever. Even with a father like Todd, Blair's kids could have turned out better if Blair was a decent example.
