It probably went like this mother and sister assult his wife, he gets pissed off and defends his wife, he leaves. Mother and Sister accuse him of hitting them, big deal. comon how come this happens all the time its assumed that if theris an argument then the women got hit, and the man is bad, not always the case. There are case when teh women of the relationship was physicall abusive, the husband hits back, he goes to jail for assult and she gets teh money.. i say equal rights for men and women!
