I WANT TO CHANGE MY TACH TO LCD why the pontiac lemans 1989 does`nt have lcd tach like 1986 models??

only the domestic daewoo lemans had the digital LCD tech it was made by daewoo precision ind for daewoo motor and also exported to GM europe as a option ,it was not avabile in the pontiac lemans, it can be installed if you change the speed sensor on the transmission?

im gonna have one of those.. really!
