747 Takeoff Sunset Beach SXM St Maarten

im a servicing supervisor for refuelling 747´s and 757,737, this plane can blow your head off easily, those guys right there in the fence now are bronw dark, just like tanning an the beach, i now what am saying! lol

No, they aren't "brown" and "dark" like "tanning on the beach." Beyond 150 feet the temperature is considered safe by the FAA, CAA, Boeing, and Airbus. The wind (and stuff picked up by it) won't feel good, but they have a better chance of getting burned laying on that beach than by that jet.

anyway, beeing that close to a 747 is always amazing, its one of my favorite aircraft, actually, this mourning i supervised the changing of a tire. yes, i now that at that distance its save but anyway.. the air still hot as hell, but you are absolutelly right.

Oh yeah, you're definitly going to feel it. As someone who's been to Maho and stood on that fence and felt that blast, I can say that it's a wonderful feeling either way.

i love to see big planes taking off and landing. i have that model of the KLM 747-400 they are amazing airplanes. P>S stop fighting get's you no where.
