Actually, he´s pretty right. In Technical Communication English we learned that most of the Germans are like a coconuts and Americans are like peaches. Coconut with a hard shell on the outside which is hard to get in but once you´re in you´re like a brother. Americans are easier to make friends with but you never get inside the core. I often spoke with people which were in the US and they all say Americans are friendlier than Germans but on a superficial way. Great ad by the way, very artistic.

yeah, but he put it in a very absract and exaggerated way, i agree with you, i live in california and am in germany at the moment, but "technocratic and cold shell" is a bit extreme, engineers maybe... i've met very warm and open germans, and very cold and "coconut" like americans, its more of a person to person thing, even if some may be more one way then another
