I had CD's and tapes just like I have CD's and MP3's now. Just that the hip-hop on the CD's and tapes back then was better than the hip-hop on CD's and MP3's now.

chronic was released in 92'

93 is also my fave year in hip hop....the albums that defined that year for me were dre dre'chronic' nbn '19naughty3' lotug 'here come the lords' and snoop 'doggystyle'
I wish hip hop could wake up from the coma that its in,.,.,.,.,.
from 1993 and back was real music......
now thats hip hop...fuck all the fake bitches called soulja boy,lil wayne or whatever!
soulja Boy, Lil wayne and others are not responsable for the mediocrity, they're just the ones u see on your screen... The real responsables are the Major Labels who have destroyed the imgage and credibility of hip hop. The more they make black people look stupid, the better it is as usual. SAD
