You don't need to speak dutch to understand it! it basically has the message to "follow the skoda driver". the joke is that the guy is using skoda cars to advertise his business becuase people will trust their drivers to make sensible purchases (i think)

Yeah, thank you. You´re right. I´ve already seen other dutch Skoda advertisements using the same idea. For example one with a young lady who arrives in a shopping mall parking lot in a Skoda car and goes shopping. And then other people follow her and they are buying the goods she is buying. The idea is: Skoda owner knows the real bargain.
