Rev is the best his bro is creepy though. i don't understand though how the loonatics' costumes mahes them green, red, yellow ect. Can someone tell me how.

some people think they're "powered" remember they get hit a lot and dont get much of damage so I suspect they're sort of "power armors" cause if you remember, they all have trackers, comunication devices..etc..
