I have the E90, bought in the UK and I admit the keyboard keys do leave slight marks on the screen, as for the background noises during phone calls, thats probably because things make noises in the background...duh!

It isn't in shops :s... but i heard something about they recieved complaints about background noise during phone calls and scratched screens from the keyboard :s :( x x x

i can confirm both but i got a prerelease model - it's nr. 633 ;-)
