He listened to the classic songs yet new they were disrespectful to women. Ergo the Freak in captivity is none other than the new character Tommy with whom all adore. Tom is a wolf and he likes to eat cats for Breakfast!!! He plays on his playstation and sony psp all day long while watching snowboard videos. Meanwhile the super hot Cat was riding his skateboard while playing Kanye west on his Ipod and then BOOM!!!The Battle Begins!!! the Wolf Jumped in front of him and said give me your rubik's cube and your Jessica Alba lunchbox or I'll call the police and tell them about the alternative avant garde lifestyle that you've been living. WHAT ?! said the cat ( lol ) He looked into his pocket for the proper code to release his dragonball z monster that was hidden in his little kitten pocket. KABOOOM!! Even Lisa appeared with an Oprah medallion on her side that was glaring with the aura of a Scientology gem that would make Harry Potter jealous. The silly wolf made a stupid mistake. He slipped on a banana and fell on his ass so hard that he could no longer walk! The cat side are you alright? are you Hurt?! or in pain?...and the wolf replied " You foolish pussy cat! Daft Punk and Kanye are coming to get you ! ...the cat said " dont make me pull 50 cent out of my pokemon ball too! I'm warning you!" Then a blond fairy appeared and told them all to stop or she would turn them into frogs!!! ( rofl ) Then the magic fairy said "do you want me to give you a sex change operation?! or do y'all want me to delete your myspace pages!!!??" Both animals replied " NO " dont do that Please dont do that! We just want to be Platinum rap stars like on that tmz channel. Can you surgically bond us to Angelina Jolie possibly? the Fairy replied " I want an apology for Michael Jackson. Then Oj appeared with a baseball bat and a basketball jersey screaming " I want a Hershey!" The cat said I'm so thirsty for some milk ..cookies would complement that nice. or maybe I just stick with eating mice. So they all went back to Oj's house to watch Full House versus the Family Guy's spouse! and then the whole city got destroyed by a nuclear bomb developed by terrorists funded by your Mom! Sike!! |

DENVER — The Bush administration on Thursday announced an end to federal protection for gray wolves in Montana, Wyoming and Idaho, concluding that the wolves were reproductively robust enough to survive. A coalition of wildlife and environmental groups dismissed the government's claims and announced plans for a lawsuit to reverse the decision, which is to take effect next month. Advocates for the animals said there were too few wolves to make a genetically sound population, and that state plans to manage wolf populations were underfinanced and fueled by a long-simmering animosity against wolves that could drive them back to threatened status. "The numbers are inadequate and the state programs are, too," said a senior wildlife advocate at the Natural Resources Defense Council, a conservation group that is participating in the planned lawsuit. From a base population of 66 wolves introduced into Yellowstone National Park and central Idaho in the mid-1990s, there are now nearly 1,300, with an additional 230 or so in Montana that have drifted down from Canada. State management plans allow for wolf hunting, or outright eradication in some places — including most of Wyoming — with a target population of 150 in each of the three states. Biologists cited by the environmental and wildlife groups say that target population is too small, and suggest instead that 2,000 to 3,000 animals are the minimum needed. Gray wolves were first protected in 1974, one of the first animals to be covered by the Endangered Species Act, which was passed a year earlier. But it turned out there were none left to protect across most of the West. That led to the idea of reintroduction, which began in 1995. "We're not at recovery yet," said Doug Honnold, the managing attorney at the Northern Rockies office of Earthjustice, a nonprofit legal group based in Oakland, CA. "We're in the neighborhood, we're close, but we're not there." Removing federal protections now, Mr. Honnold said, would violate the language of the Endangered Species Act that requires decision makers to use the best possible science in determining a viable target population. The Kangal Dog is the national breed of Turkey and called a National Cultural and Historic Treasure. It was originally used as a livestock guardian dog. It was developed to live with a flock and fend off wolves and jackals, rather than herd a flock. It can run up to 30 miles per hour and has a double layer coat composed of dense under fur covered by longer, coarser hair. The under fur insulates it during the winters and fierce summer heat, while the outer fur repels water.
The Kangal is so powerful that some are specialized wolf killers. They will use their substantial forehead weight to knock a wolf to the ground and then attack its throat and the tendons of its hind legs.
The Kangal is very ancient. Sculptures of dogs resembling the Kangal are seen accompanying the hunting groups of the Assyrian King Ashurbanipal. The historian, Herodotus, described a strong, large breed known as the "Indian Hound" that the Babylonians kept. The breed might have migrated from Asia.
The Kangal is protective and gentle with small children and animals. They are devoted to their families and, thus, are popular pets.
The Kangal dog is of solid color ranging from light dun to a beautiful steel grey with a black mask. Another name for the breed is Karabash, which means black head. The Kangel has an awe-inspiring stance and balanced proportions with a tail carried in an open curl over the back forming a circle. The tail can form a single or double curl.
Many Kangals have their ears cropped often at a young age. This is done for both appearance and for protection, because long ears can be vulnerable during confrontation with a predator.
This video is unique because this was a farm area and the dog was allowed to run loose. It shows the natural behavior of dogs, when not under human control. It formed a pack with another dog and shows its behavior of chasing animals, etc. It was a large friendly dog, but highly intelligent. It seemed to realize that running loose might cause trouble and did not show itself often. Its long powerful leaps are shown as it chases an animal.

Wolves are killed for fun/fur in the main, and this is no reason to take the life of an innocent, beautiful creature.
They are NOT, I repeat, NOT vicious at all. They do kill livestock, yes, but that is because they must eat to survive, its a natural instinct that can't be prevented. Besides, the livestock will be sent to butchers anyway, so the wolf is technically doing no harm. There has NEVER been a Wolf attack on a human (unless the Wolf has been ill or mad).
And if you fucking rednecks can't stand losing one of your little sheepies, then fuck you. Don't comment here.
Also, if you're telling me that Wolves eat only a small portion of your livestock and leave much of it to waste, this is why:
Surplus killing is defined as the killing of several prey animals too numerous to eat at one sitting. During a surplus-kill, a predator's killing instinct is continually sparked off by the stimuli of so many prey animals unable to escape, so that the predator cannot stop killing. wolves had eaten only a few parts from half the calves and not touched the rest. Wolves sometimes only eat a part of their surplus-killed prey, like the tail or the internal organs.
However, conditions in nature which favour surplus killing are unusual. Consequently surplus killing in the wild is rare, though fairly common in domestic situations in which the prey animals are usually confined and unable to escape the attackers.
Sooo... rednecks. ;) Its your own fault for keeping the little sheepies locked up that the beautiful and majestic wolves leave them to waste.
With unrestricted hunting, forest clearing and intensive livestock grazing there is little natural prey, therefore forcing the wolves to feed on domestic animals and garbage.

Diekan was a grey wolf adopted from a forest far away by scientists who wanted to teach him how to talk. After 5 years, he learnt a good amount of english, but the pressure of every day training started to make him go insane. He got fed up with his life so ran away into a nearby forest.
His adventure twists and turns as he meets new friends and enemies while trying to decide wether to stay where he is, or turn back to his old life.

Wow - has our little boy come far! We just weighed him today (at 8 months) and he's 100 lbs!! Naturally - I had to dance with him in Eskimo attire to celebrate the occasion! The music really makes it! |

My fursona Blue, (The animal version of me), is the short grey/purple/green one. Jr is the Pit Bull, and at one part he's the grey wolf with the green mohake.
So, yeah. X3 I was listening to this song today at school and I realised how well it fit with me and Jr. The words go back and forth, fiting me, him, or both of us at some points. And you don't need to be up in my personal life to much, so I'm not gunna explain why. xD
Jr is my ex, who I'm still in love with... Long story short, he was in love with me for two years, we started dating a year ago, stuff happened and I couldn't see him, we got back together 5 months later, then because of reasons he couldn't see me, now he's in jail. (Jail is not the reason he couldn't see me any more, that was two or three months later)
So, clearly the girl is me, Blue, and the guy is Jr. And we're both 16, not 23. |

This is a great example of the sounds a Shiba Inu makes when playing! Sometimes she sounds like a chimp. But what I really loved is the way she looks right at the camera at the end! Too dang cute! |

My ASL version of Aeosp's "The Wolf and the Crane" for my ASL 2 class, Spring 2008 at Berkeley City College (BCC).
I will you a story titled "The Wolf and the Crane."
A long time ago, far far away, there were mountains, a forest and a river running through the middle. It was Spring and the animals were waking up. There were flowers in bloom everywhere and the trees were green. Up in the mountains lived a wolf. He has ears, a medium snout, lots of sharp teeth and a grey body. He's not popular, can't trust him, he's mean and rude. Now the wolf wakes up and says "I'm hungry. Where's some food?" He searches for food but cannot find any in the mountains. He looks around and sees the forest. "Ah over there in the forest! Animals live there. I'll go." The wolf walks down and searches the forest and finds a dead bear. He munches on it very fast and then starts to cough and choke. He has a sudden pain in his throat. "Help me! Help me!" He calls out. He crawls through the forest. "Help me! Help me! My throat hurts!" He continues to crawl and sees a turtle over at the river.
Wolf: "Hey! Please help me. My throat hurts."
Turtle (slowly): "I'm slow. I can't help you. I'm scared. Right now, I'm running away" and the turtle runs off.
Wolf: "Whatever go away" and he returns to the forest. "Help me! Help me! Help me!" cries out the wolf. The animals hear the wolf. "Oh no! The wolf is coming! RUN!!!" and all the animals leave the forest.
One week goes by and the wolf returns to the river and sees a crane. She has a white thin body and neck and a long, thin orange beak. She's patient, nice, and soft hearted.
Wolf: "Hey! Hey. Please help me! Please, my throat hurts."
Crane: "You want to eat me! No!"
Wolf: "No, no. One week ago, I was eating and my throat started to hurt. Please help me."
Crane: "Who were you eating? My friend?"
Wolf: "No I found a dead bear. Please help me. Help me and I'll pay you."
Crane: "You'll pay me? How?"
Wolf: "With fish. Do you like fish? Many different fish."
Crane: "I'm a bird and I like fish. Ok, fine. I'll help you. Open your mouth."
The wolf opens his mouth showing his sharp teeth. The crane puts her beak in and sees a bone, about 4 inches long, thin with a pointed end and color white. She reaches in the wolf's mouth and takes it | |
