This is my favorite Felix cartoon, especially because of Neptune's speech. (My other favorite little touch is the sound made as the fish's tears hit the bottom of the bowl.) I have composed a soundtrack for "Felix the Cat in Two-Lip Time", an originally silent animated cartoon from 1926. It features a jazz combo and an orchestra - all virtual instruments, of course ;-) This is my first post, so bear with me.
I have deliberately not used any sound effects for the score but have instead tried to emulate a real orchestra using traditional instruments. This applies also to the final scene where the orchestra gets crazy using a whole arsenal of percussion instruments like the marimba, the celesta, timpani, cymbals, chimes, bells, wood blocks, and a wind machine.
"Two-Lip Time", which is believed to be in the public domain, is the story of Felix' adventures in the Netherlands. While abundant with kinda cheesy clichées, it's a great deal of fun to watch.
There is a unique both anarchistic and whimsical charm in the crude hand-drawn images from Pat Sullivan Producations that is hard to find these days, I feel. For more information go to

This seems to be made by the same people who did "Wait and see" - the same annoying music, choppy gameplay and a similar HUD. |

He later spots this dude with an airplan, and sneaks in only later to get busted.
Felix gets attacked, gets thrown off the plane, gets back on the plane, then jups out with no parachute only to land on a catus, and later get chased by a native american. |
