The Nokia 5500 Sport is designed to be an extremely durable phone for people who want something to accompany them while they jog or cycle.
It includes a built-in motion detector which tracks how much exercise you're doing, and you can load the data onto your PC to analyse it later. The motion detector also lets you control the phone by tapping it. The phone will also read text messages out to you while jogging if you want it to. It's also a Symbian S60 3rd Edition smartphone, so it can run lots of applications at once.

I was at home on a Sunday, just shooting Katie, my little 9-month old with my camera when my phone rang. She rushed to answer it and got excited and started whacking it. Since it was a Nokia 5500 Sport, which is really durable, I just let her have a go at it.
