A bug in the Nokia 1112 which Nokia has neglected for a long time. If a message is sent to multiple recipients VERY QUICKLY (i.e. sending another message before the "Message Sent" confirmation appears), it remains "pending" in the "Sent Items" folder even when it is in fact already sent. This bug has been present since v5.xx and is not yet fixed even in v6.xx. The older software version (e.g. v4.xx) do not have this bug so apparently, "newer" doesn't mean "better".
The bug is also found in other newer Series-30 models, e.g. Nokia 1110i, 1600, and 2310.
I emailed a complaint to Nokia and all they suggested was for me to try switching my SIM, reset factory settings, and all other "generic" troubleshooting procedures which I already know and have done in the first place (because I'm not stupid like those Nokia agents). I made this video for them to realize that this was their fault and not mine. Damn Nokia. |
