Pour le Défilé Dior Homme automne hiver 2007 2008 au Carreau du Temple, Hedi Slimane signe une collection dont l'enjeu majeur est la superposition des vêtements. Une veste à motifs «Pollock» ouvre le show , déclinés plus tard sur les vestes du soir version paillettes. Les costumes «sarouel» contrastent avec les costumes très prêts du corps, les pantalons sont courts et étroits, les manches des gilets en maille recouvrent les mains faisant office de gants. Les chaussure lacées sont montantes et imposantes. Unique touche de couleur : un pull noir à imprimé rose fushia.
